R. Brad Lane

Mr. Lane is the Founder and a Principal of Lane Financial Corporation, a full-service financial advisory firm providing wealth management and estate planning to high net-worth individuals and families.

Brad is also a Managing Director of Atlas Capital Partners, a network of Investment Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital companies that provide corporate advisory, debt and equity financing, re-capitalizations, merger & acquisition consulting, and Initial Public Offerings for micro, small and mid-cap growth companies in Social Media, Technology and Healthcare.

Mr. Lane serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation.  He is a Member of the New York Angels and is the Chairman and Co-Founder of The New York Forum.

Brad is a graduate of the Tate School of Business at College of Charleston and the Executive Program for Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School.  He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, and holds the FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 Licenses.
